The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions in Colorado Springs, as well as shopping areas, restaurants, and the highway. the rooms are soundproof and have very comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean. the staff, including the manager and assistant manager, were friendly and welcoming.

The staff provided personalized and genuine hospitality, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, and the lobby and rooms were clean and accommodating. it was a pleasant stay with all the necessary facilities and advantages.

The only downside was a small issue with the cookware in the kitchen not being properly cleaned. However, the staff quickly apologized and provided me with clean utensils.
